2) Outdoor placement, strong applicability

○ The fuel tank is fully sealed and does not allow any liquid or gas to leak or infiltrate (except for the normal pressure release of the pressure relief protection device);

○ Ensure that the enclosure protection grade meets the requirements of IP54;

○ The creepage distance of primary live parts (relative and ground) of this series of products is 300mm at 35kV and no less than 460mm at 35KV. The technical requirements are higher than the standard design.

3) Low-carbon, intelligent, safe and reliable

○ Compared with traditional box-type substations, Guangte Electric's three-dimensional wound iron core Chinese-style box-type substation has low noise, low loss, low cost per kilowatt-hour, is clean and pollution-free, requires fewer production consumables, and saves energy;
○ The high-voltage side uses an integrated isolation vacuum circuit breaker, equipped with local/remote electric operation functions, auxiliary current and voltage transformer measurement and sampling, to meet remote automation needs;
○ The low-voltage side uses the domestic first-line Eaton ProLogium brand circuit breaker. The phase contacts of the low-voltage circuit breaker are separated by insulating partitions, and the upper and lower ends are sealed with acrylic plates to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and ensure reliable operation and maintenance.

4) Prevent misoperation and interlock more reliable

The doors of the high- and low-voltage compartments of the combined transformer both open outwards and have handles and locks. The door opening angle is no less than 90° and is equipped with a positioning device. An interlocking mechanism is employed to ensure that the high-voltage compartment door can only be opened when the low-voltage compartment door is opened.

○ Combined transformers are usually cooled by natural ventilation at room temperature. When the temperature is high, exhaust fans are added for strong ventilation to speed up the cooling of the low-voltage room and compensation room.

5) Each room is separated and the operation is reliable

○ High-voltage switch: adopts integrated isolation vacuum circuit breaker with automation function;

○ Low-voltage switch: using the domestic first-line Eaton ProLogium brand, quality is guaranteed;

○ Shell: The product shell protection level is IP54;

○ Fuel tank: Ensure that when the oil temperature is 75℃, the internal pressure of the fuel tank does not exceed 15-35kVPa. The fuel tank is made of high-quality tensile plate to meet the expansion volume requirements of the fuel tank;

○ Box body: The box body door adopts double-layer door and double seal, and the box body joint is sealed with sealing strips to prevent dust, rain and snow;

○ Other component structures: designed with a separate cable compartment; designed with a heat sink with anti-theft function; reliable shockproof and windproof design; low-temperature circuit breaker for low voltage; anti-condensation and heat dissipation devices.
